This cross trainer rebounder is a great training device for soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball and basketball. The angle of the frame determines the angle at which to ball returns. What makes our frame unique is that it adjusts to a multitude of angle positions to accomodate training for a wide variety of skills. The elastic webbed net attaches by bungies to allow for superior rebounding. The rebounder measures 3.5' H x 2.5'W, and folds flat for storage and transporting. The rebounder ships fully assembled – just take it out of the box and it’s ready to use.

They are available with either 4" round, or 4" square painted white aluminum crossbars and uprights. New clean face construction - no hardware face of goal. Backstays are constructed of 1 5/8" OD galvanized steel grounbar adding strength, stability and counter weight. Included with all portable goals are 14" heavy duty steel ground stakes, Smooth profile and rounded corners make these goals neat and safe. TWO SIDED REBOUNDER

Maximize shooting practice indoor or outdoor
with the two sided rebounder.

This two sided all purpose rebounder is contructed of 1 3/8" OD galvanized steel tubing. It is adjustable to many angle positions. The front frame is concave shaped making the ball accelerate off the net in a less predictable manner. Rebounder includes two sided 2.5 mm knotless nylon net with an elastic suspender webbing that makes the ball rebound. Also included are j-shaped ground anchors. This is a great tool for repetitious skill training.
