IMPORTANT NOTE

Although, we are using the best and strongest shoe leather, please be aware that kicking puts a tremendous amount of strain on the instep area.  This is particularly true when the kicker is practicing for long periods of time and making a great amount of kicks.  Unfortunately, we cannot make a shoe that has all the benefits of being lightweight, soft and flexible and still make it so durable that it is indestructible.  For that reason we cannot guarantee the shoe will not eventually wear out from excessive use.  We do, of course, guarantee the shoe to be free from any manufacturing defects.

The Issue
As the game of football develops so do the players participating.  Never before have the players been so strong and fast.  As a result of the forces involved in the game have never been so large.  Combine this with the modern day football boot which offers no protection to the foot and it is easy to see why serious impact injuries are becoming more common.  The most prominent of these is the now highly publicised metatarsal.


The metatarsal are 5 long bones found between tarsal and phalange bones.  Their principle functions are propulsion and support.  Due to their thin structure and limited protection between the bone and the surface, they are highly susceptible to injury.

How Marc Pro" Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) Works

The Marc Pro muscle conditioning technology has been used for years in sports medicine and with players and trainers from more than 60 professional teams. The technology has also been researched extensively with several peer reviewed published articles.

The Marc Pro enhances performance and recovery by stimulating the flow of Nitric Oxide, Vascular Dilation, Improved Flow and Angiogenesis. The patented technology represents the most unique and effective stimulus for moving nourishment and waste; the keys to conditioning and improved recovery.

How the Marc Pro Helps Muscle Recovery

The basis for post exercise recovery is the normalization of tissue through the movement of nourishment and waste. The Marc Pro muscle conditioning device creates unique, strong, non-fatiguing, muscle contractions that set off a series of physiologic events. This is called, Muscle Activated Recovery Cascade, or MARC" for short.  Research shows that it starts with activation of the chemical neurotransmitter Nitric Oxide (NO). How the Marc Pro Improves Muscle Performance

Using The Marc Pro Muscle Stimulator

The Marc Pro electronic muscle conditioning device is comfortable and very easy to use. There are two independent channels (A and B) and two self adhesive electrodes (per channel) that stick to the skin. The two electrodes connected to channel A can be used on one muscle or group of muscles; while the two electrodes connected to channel B can be used on another muscle or group of muscles.

Once connected it s as simple as turning up the intensity dial for each channel. The intensity is turned up at the users pace. Initially it will feel like a very faint pumping or heartbeat sensation, but as the dial is increased the muscle contraction will get stronger and stronger. A strong and visible contraction is desirable and possible in most situations. Of course the contractions should not be increased beyond the comfortable range. And remember, what makes Marc Pro so unique is that even strong visible contractions are non-fatiguing to the area; which is ideal for conditioning goals.

A typical session should last 30-60 minutes while sitting or lying in a relaxed and comfortable position. If being used for recovery, sessions are typically performed 1-2 times per day as needed until recovered. For conditioning and enhanced performance the only difference is consistency. Using Marc Pro proactively (e.g., 1-2 times per day 3 or more days per week) creates the conditioning benefits that will not only help muscles recovery better, but also help them perform better.

Exercise 1- Pick A Spot

It is as easy as it sounds! Standing approximately 6-10 feet from any solid wall, focus your attention to a small spot or point about 10 feet from the ground. Practice hitting that spot repeatedly. This is the best way to learn accuracy and throwing efficiency. Count how many times you can hit the spot in ten throws. Challenge yourself, or your friends to see how good you can get!

Exercise 2- Quick Release

Quick reactions are a good football player's best weapon. When a receiver comes open there is no time to spare. On your own or with a friend see how fast you can get the ball out of your hand. Have a friend say "GO!" and get rid of it. Don't hesitate, or your pass will be picked off by the defense!

Exercise 3- Wide Receiver Warm-Up

Stand a minimum of 5 yards (15 feet) from a brick or concrete wall and throw the Passback" football as many times as possible in one minute. You must catch it to count it. Sounds easy right? Wrong! Grab a friend, find a wall and start throwing spirals!

Exercise 4- Quick Reactions

Quick reactions are key to both offensive and defensive players. Stand approximately 5 yards facing the wall. Have a coach, another player or friend stand behind you and throw the ball over your head at the wall. React fast to retrieve the ball as it rebounds off the wall.

Exercise 5- LongSnappers

Spirals are important to more than QB's. Practice long snaps by standing 5-10 yards from a solid wall. Grip the ball with your dominate hand as if you were throwing a football and then place your other hand gently on the ball as a guide. Raise the Passback over your head and then snap the ball to the wall remembering to roll your wrists down as the ball leaves your fingers.

Our Wizard Portable Quarterback Target Net is designed to simply attach to the front of any kicking net frame.  (Approximate kicking net frames are about 7' x 50").  The portable Wizard Quarterback Net is an excellent training device for Quarterback throwing accuracy.  Work on important mechanics such as drop back, set up, accuracy and range of motion.  The 2 built in 15" x 15" targets, which are colored & spaced at different heights will challenge and develop precise online throwing accuracy.  Work on precise accuracy that requires you to put the football either high or low away from the defender.  The Wizard Portable Quarterback Target Net is made of strong #32 black knotted netting with durable white & red pockets.  The net measures 6' x 42" and has included 4 easy to attach bungees for hanging.  Top White pocket is about 60" from ground to center and the bottom Red pocket is about 26" from ground to center.  May also be used for field goal snapping practice.  Price includes the front Wizard Portable Quarterback Target Net with attached 4 bungees for hanging. Kicking Net & Frame Sold Seperate.
